To log in to a Drupal website you can use a login block placed somewhere on your site, similar to the image on the left.  If your site does not have a login block (often disabled if users do not create their own accounts) then you can simply add /user to your domain name to access the login page.  In your browsers address bar you would see http://www.example.com and you would add /user so it would look like http://www.example.com/user Once you have logged in to your site you will have access to the administration menu which will allow content creation and editing.
